I recently had a bit of time on my hands so I decided to recreate my Lucid Pictures logo. I used a vector object from illustrator, created geometry from that in Maya, exported the geometry into realflow. I then placed emitters inside of the geometry to fill the text with water. After that I exported the mesh from realflow and imported it back into Maya. The mesh was then rendered in Maya with Mental Ray. A 3D Stereoscopic version is coming soon.
